1. Smoothing even area and scratches using patching mortar

2. Cleaning and drying of the smoothened concrete surface.

3. Removal of any “spikes” from the concrete / screed

Part B: Basement waterproofing system (3,500ft²)

1. Apply ARDEX WPM 300 as the primer
